All VELUX products are made to exacting standards from the highest quality materials, and have been designed for many years of trouble-free service. This is why all manual operated interior VELUX blinds are supported by a 3 year guarantee. The exception on this rule is the manual operated basic blackout blind (DBL), which is supported by a 2 year guarantee. This does not in any way affect your statutory rights.

All VELUX shutters, electric & solar powered VELUX anti-heat blinds and electric & solar powered interiour blinds are supported by a 5 year guarantee.
