Return products

In case the products you have ordered didn't match your needs or the size was wrong  you can register a Return here.  To use this online form access to a printer is required.

This form should not be used if :

  • The item is damaged or defective
  • We sent a different item from your order confirmation.

In any of these cases please call Customer Services on 01592 778 225 to discuss. Please note- If the red tags have been removed- the item cannot be returned.

Once you have registered your return it will be reviewed by our Customer Service Team We will then email the returns labels. If you cannot print the return labels please call Customer Services on 01592 778 225 to discuss.
Orders must be returned within 14 days of receipt. There is no Return Fee.
Your refund will happen via the same payment method that you used when placing your order.
