The Siesta blinds have blackout effect to turn day into night. Aluminium backing (as standard) to reduce heat gain and heat loss. Available in a wide range of colours and designs.
Why block out the heat?
For rooms directly under the roof, reliable sun screening is
vital because the roof receives more direct sunlight for a
longer period than the vertical walls of the house.
By adding a flexible yet strong
aluminium backing on the back of the fabric of the Siesta
blackout window shades, solar heat will be partly reflected
away instead of being transmitted through the cloth/slats.
All Siesta blinds come with Aluminium
coating as standard. Some Pleated and Venetian blinds have
aluminium coating and are shown with a fold in the top
left-hand corner of the
photos on the product page.
For even better heat reflection we

pane, thus preventing the pane from radiating heat to the
